The price for the residential property is calculated by the current value of the land in an area per square feet. For example, if the square feet price is 5000₹ and the property that you have opted is 1600 Sq-Ft, then the per square feet price would be multiplied into the entire number of square feet of the apartment. 5000×1600= ₹80,00,000. We always fix the price based on the average pricing in the area fixed by the government of Tamil Nadu.

WOW is located in Sowmya Nagar, Medavakkam. It is a cluster of 169 apartments spread across 2 acres. The reason for choosing Medavakkam was because it was in the top 10 growing investment markets in Chennai. It is also close to the IT corridor of Chennai, OMR.
